RETURN POLICY

We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction!

if you are still not fully satisfied with your order, you may return it to us, subject to the following terms and conditions:

1)      All returns require a Returned Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) identifier.   You should contact our office before dispatching your return, to request your RMA. Please note that the RMA is the only way to authorize returns and without it, your package is likely to be rejected and returned to the sender, at sender’s expense.

2)      Returns can only be done within 3 days from the day that you received our merchandise (“Return Period”). You must request your RMA and dispatch the returned package within the Return Period. Returns after 3 days, shall be subject to a Twenty Percent (20%) restocking fee, without exception.

3)      Notwithstanding the above, no returns shall be allowed after ten days from the day that you received our merchandise.

4)      Return Under $100.   Returned Orders which are less than $100 in value, shall be entitled for a refund, subject to the other terms and conditions.

5)      Returns Over $100. Returned merchandise which totals$100 or more in value, shall be entitled for a store credit, but not a refund.

6)      Refund.  When a refund is found to be valid, we shall only refund the cost of the returned merchandise, excluding shipping, handling or other charges related to your order. 

7)      We are not responsible for shipping, handling or other charges related to your return.

8)      Merchandise Condition.  All returned merchandise must be brand new, sealed, with original tags, and in complete bundles and original packaging. Open or damaged merchandise, or incomplete bundles, shall be rejected.

9)      Bundles.  Returns shall be limited to no more than four (4) bundles.

10)   No Return for Underwear & Hosiery. Lingerie, hosiery and underwear cannot be returned.

11)   Processing.  Returns shall be processed by us within 7-10 days from the day of receipt, provided that your return is found to be valid.
